Warranty & Returns
Cornered Audio offers a 3-years warranty on passive speakers and 1-year warranty on active speakers and electronics from the date of shipping.
The warranty does not cover over-powered speaker units, wear and tear, misuse and incorrect connection.
In the case a product needs to be returned, it needs to be packed in original packaging.
The Return Process
If you wish to return the product, please email us within 14 days after receiving the products on info@cornered.dk and inform us that you'd like to return your purchase. Please pack the speakers as you received them in the original packaging.
Cornered will respond to your request and a prepaid shipping label that is emailed to you.
Wait for the product to land at a Buchardt approved destination. This process typically takes anywhere between 3 – 10 business days. It hinges entirely on where the product is coming from.
Once the product arrives, it will be inspected to make sure it is not damaged. Provided everything looks good, we will confirm that the product has been received and that a refund is being processed. It usually takes from 7 to 10 days for the money to return to your account. There is a €100 return fee per product returned.
